Hi, I‘m Annegret, a designer by trade with a strong passion for illustration. I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University in Ohio, USA.
I worked in design and advertising agencies in Boston and Berlin for a few years until setting out on my own in 2009. I‘ve spent the last 10 years working as a freelance designer in Berlin, grabbing any chance I could get to incorporate illustration into my work.
A little while ago, I took the plunge and left Berlin to move to a tiny village in Brandenburg, where I now work as a freelance illustrator while listening to the sound of chickens.
I‘m open to any new opportunities that fit my style, I would especially love to illustrate maps, (picture) books or anything else for children, patterns, book covers and editioral illustrations.
